Your Provisioning Order

Vessel Access & Liability Release: I hereby explicitly authorize Craft Clean Services, LLC, and its designated agents or employees, to board and access my vessel for the express purpose of delivering, storing, and organizing the requested provisioning goods. I voluntarily assume all inherent risks associated with this service and release Craft Clean Services, LLC from any and all liability, claims, or damages that may arise during the delivery and setup process. Payment Authorization & Final Reconciliation Policy: I authorize Craft Clean Services, LLC to process an immediate charge to my payment method for the estimated cost of goods, estimated taxes, the $120.00 base delivery fee, and the 10% grocery concierge fee. I further authorize Craft Clean Services, LLC to securely store my payment data on file. Once shopping is completed, I authorize a final adjustment—either a refund for overages or an additional charge for any deficit—based on exact register receipts, product substitutions, and item availability to ensure the order reflects the exact final cost. A final itemized invoice will be emailed to me upon completion. Substitution & Cancellation Policy: I acknowledge that inventory availability and prices are estimated. I grant Craft Clean Services, LLC the authority to make reasonable product substitutions in the event that requested items are unavailable. I understand that all cancelled orders with more than 24 hours remaining prior to the scheduled delivery time are subject to a forfeiture of the estimated cost of goods and delivery fees.
